Thai Carrot Soup

Sometimes you have to cut a few corners to make life a little easier. But, that doesn't mean you can't add your own special touch!  When you've had a long day, or you just don't feel like cooking, Whole Foods has a great selection of pre-made soups. You can dress them up with toppings of your choice, or make a quick side salad to go with it. I bought Thai Carrot Soup and added green onion, avocado and smoked paprika to make the soup my own :) It was the perfect quick and healthy meal after a long day at work.
